• Illegal Content: Any content involving real-life explicit photography or depictions of minors is strictly forbidden and results in an immediate, permanent ban.
• Malicious Behavior: Harassment, hate speech, or any activity intended to harm other users or third parties.
• Intellectual Property: Infringing on the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property of others.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

All financial transactions are processed through authorized third-party payment providers (e.g., Cryptomus, Stripe). By initiating a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor. All sales are final. For details on exceptions, please refer to our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of the characters you create. By publishing content on the Platform, you grant AICharacters.io a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute said content for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the AI-generated content. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AICharacters.io or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform or interactions with AI characters.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Platform operator is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
