1. Digital Content and Services

All services provided by AICharacters.io, including subscriptions and virtual credits, are considered digital content. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the service is delivered immediately upon transaction. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

While all sales are generally final, we may consider a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Transactions: If a technical error resulted in multiple charges for the same service within a 24-hour period.
  • Service Failure: If a significant technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing the service for more than 48 consecutive hours, and our support team is unable to resolve it.

3. Requesting a Refund

4. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a resident of the European Union, you acknowledge that by accessing or using the digital content immediately after purchase, you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated through your bank may lead to immediate and permanent suspension of your account and all associated data.
